Assisting Clients in Finding Community Resources to Meet Their Needs
At Ace of Hearts Medical Supply, we are dedicated to helping our clients find the tools and connections they need to take control of their health. To promote independence and give them access to community resources, we will make sure that they obtain counseling services, grief/crisis support, and other services with the help of our medical social worker to alleviate their personal concerns.
